Managing a team of three regional outreach directors, we led weekly forecasting and pipeline development meetings, optimizing regional engagement and ensuring cohesive global messaging to amplify the organization’s mission.

Strategic Partner Engagement

We secured over 100 high-profile partnerships, including Facebook, Twitter, US Embassies in 30+ countries, the NYC Department of Education, and the Greater Good Science Center, significantly amplifying Let It Ripple’s global reach. We also organized an off-site retreat, bringing together 20+ partner representatives to co-create content and collaboratively strategize the direction of key initiatives like Character Day and 50/50 Day, fostering deeper engagement and long-term collaboration.

Global Ambassador Program

We built and scaled a Global Ambassador Program with over 50,000 participants across 100+ countries, empowering ambassadors to lead local Character Day and 50/50 Day events. To support their success, we developed comprehensive onboarding toolkits and hosted quarterly professional development workshops, resulting in a 65% increase in ambassador-led events and fostering a thriving, self-sustaining global community.

Content Development

We managed all email marketing, achieving an average 45% open rate and 20% click-through rate, while also creating high-impact sponsorship decks, promotional flyers, and social media toolkits that supported global initiatives. Our team collaborated on the development of three movie trailers and comprehensive discussion materials for Let It Ripple’s films, which were distributed to audiences in over 125 countries, enhancing global engagement and participation.

Event Management and Programming

We managed all logistics and programming for Let It Ripple’s global livestream events, reaching billions of viewers. We secured and prepared high-profile speakers, including Moby, Martin Seligman, Eva Longoria, Dolores Huerta, and Jada Pinkett, ensuring seamless, impactful presentations. Makenzie Darling co-hosted these events, interviewing leading thinkers and visionaries throughout these events.

Special Projects

We led the project management of Let It Ripple’s website redesign, collaborating with third-party vendors to enhance user experience and boost site traffic by 40%. We also oversaw the development of the “Character (Every) Day” app, which garnered over 10,000 downloads within its first six months. Additionally, we partnered with UPENN to create in-depth case studies and efficacy reports measuring the impact of global initiatives like Character Day, providing valuable insights that informed future programming and strategy.
