Makenzie Darling
Makenzie Darling is a Movement Architect and Entheogenic Minister who has spent over a decade building community-led movements at the intersection of social impact and spiritual transformation.
She has partnered with NGOs, social impact initiatives, and pioneering startups to help launch global campaigns and ambassador programs that engaged more than five million people across 125 countries.
She later helped build conscious communities within psychedelic churches and guide training organizations, gaining firsthand insight into both the extraordinary potential of transformational communities and the leadership challenges that often accompany them.
Drawing on her training as an Entheogenic Minister, years of learning from Indigenous wisdom keepers, and a background in movement strategy, Makenzie now bridges ancient wisdom with modern organizational design. Her work equips visionary leaders to steward power wisely, cultivate deep belonging, and build movements that outlast any single leader.
