Makenzie Darling is a Movement Architect and Minister who has spent over a decade building community-led movements at the intersection of social impact and spiritual transformation.

She has partnered with NGOs, social impact initiatives, and pioneering startups to launch global campaigns and ambassador programs that engaged more than five million people across 128 countries. She later helped launch one of the top leadership seminaries for psychedelic guide training in the world.

Eventually she went through the two year seminary to train to become an Entheogenic Minister and spent years traveling and learning from Indigenous wisdom keepers.

Today, Makenzie bridges ancient wisdom with modern organizational design to equip leaders to steward power wisely, cultivate a culture of deep belonging, and build movements that outlast any single leader.
