Meet our Founder

With a career spanning business, marketing, and global advocacy, Makenzie Darling spent the past two decades at the intersection of scaling movements and deep inner transformation. She began her career in software sales and marketing before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, where she led global social impact campaigns, amplifying voices, mobilizing communities, and driving large-scale impact.

Her path deepened when she discovered the power of psychedelics as a tool for healing and spiritual awakening, leading her to travel the globe working with indigenous tribes, hosting ceremonies, and studying with revered elders. She later became an Entheogenic Minister, Life Coach, and Enneagram Facilitator.

Now, she merges movement-building with spiritual leadership, helping visionary changemakers expand their impact and navigate this pivotal moment with clarity, purpose, and power.
