Introduction - Building the Container

Congratulations on taking the first step towards your soul's mission! This is where we meet as a cohort and begin to weave the sacred web of our community. In this session, we will review member agreements, course expectations, logistics, and get to know the kindred spirits who are walking alongside you on this journey.

Module 1: Connecting with Source

We begin by rooting your movement in something deeper than strategy...your higher purpose. This first module is about building a living relationship with the animating force behind your work. Together we’ll clarify what Source means for you, explore its guiding principles, and learn how to co-create with it as a partner in your movement’s unfolding.

Module 2: Connecting to Ancestral Wisdom

This foundational module reminds us that ancestry is the root system from which every movement grows. By ignoring it, we risk repeating old wounds rather than transforming them. Here we explore the gifts and burdens passed down through lineage, the reparations and healing that may be needed, and how your movement can become a living ritual of repair. This wisdom and unseen support will inform every module moving forward, grounding your leadership in strength, clarity, and integrity.

Module 3: Structures of Power

To create movements that truly serve, we must confront the systems that shape us. In this module, we examine the pillars of supremacy and uncover how these forces show up in our leadership and organizations. Together we’ll explore alternative models of power that are rooted in love, equity, and accountability. You’ll learn how to recognize your own influence and use power as a force for healing and transformation, rather than domination.

Module 4: Energy Management

Movements can either drain or sustain you...The difference lies in how you steward your energy. In this module, you’ll learn to pace yourself, navigate emotional intensity, and create sacred boundaries that protect your capacity for the long journey ahead. We’ll also explore energy as frequency...how the state you cultivate becomes the key to resonance, magnetism, and the lasting impact of your movement.

Module 5: Storytelling and Messaging

At the heart of every movement is a story...a truth that stirs people awake and calls them to belong. In this module, we’ll uncover the roots of your messaging by exploring your origin story, the deeper “why” behind your work, and the narratives that give your movement its backbone. You’ll learn how to craft stories that resonate, inspire action, and carry your vision farther than strategy alone ever could.

Module 6: Know Thy Audience

A movement is only as strong as the people it resonates with. In this module, we go beyond demographics to truly understand the souls you are here to serve. You’ll learn how to listen for their deepest longings, name the challenges they face, and articulate the vision they are aching to step into. By knowing your audience in both heart and mind, you’ll craft messages and offerings that land with clarity, compassion, and magnetic pull.

Module 7: Creating Your Signature Offer

Every movement needs a vessel, which is an offering that carries your purpose into the world in a way that is both sacred and sustainable. In this module, you’ll design your signature offer: the clear, tangible expression of your unique gifts. We’ll explore how to shape an offering that aligns with your deepest values while also meeting the real needs of those you serve. By the end, you’ll have a grounded, magnetic pathway for others to enter your movement and experience its transformative power.

Module 8: Monetizing Your Offer

For a movement to endure, it must be both soulful and sustainable. In this module, we’ll explore your relationship with money while unpacking inherited stories and shadows, while also reimagining money as sacred energy exchange. You’ll learn how to price your offerings with clarity and confidence, and design a model that is accessible to your community while also supporting your livelihood. The result is a sustainable ecosystem where money fuels resilience, impact, and the long-term flourishing of your movement.

Module 9: Ethical Marketing

How do you grow a movement without selling out its soul? In this module, we’ll explore heart-centered marketing practices that attract the right people without relying on ego-driven tactics. You’ll learn how to craft authentic content that amplifies your message, builds trust, and keeps your movement’s essence intact.

Module 10: Publicity and Overcoming Fear

To serve a movement, you must be willing to be seen. In this module, you’ll learn how to move through fear and step confidently into the spotlight...not from ego, but in service of your vision. Alongside the inner work of courage and clarity, you’ll also receive tactical guidance on engaging with the media, building thought leadership, and amplifying your message so it reaches the audiences who need it most.

Module 11: Community Building

No movement thrives in isolation. In this module, you’ll learn how to cultivate an engaged community that not only shares your vision but actively carries it forward. Together we’ll explore how to create spaces of belonging, reciprocity, and resilience that sustain both you and your movement for the long haul.

Module 12: Hosting Transformational Gatherings and Events

Sacred gatherings create real-world impact. Learn how to design powerful, ritual-based, immersive events that deepen connection, build momentum, and bring your movement to life in tangible ways.

Module 13: Building a Movement Coalition

Lasting change is never achieved alone. Learn how to form powerful partnerships and coalitions that expand your reach and deepen your impact. We’ll explore how to align around shared purpose, build trust across differences, and design collaborations that are equitable, resilient, and effective. By the end, you’ll have the tools and confidence to weave alliances that strengthen your movement and carry it farther than you could ever go on your own.

Module 14: Launching Your Campaign and Legacy

This final module brings everything together in the service of action and impact. Here you’ll design a clear plan to launch your campaign (whether local or global) in a way that carries the full power of your vision. Beyond the launch itself, we’ll explore what it means to become a good ancestor...to plant seeds that outlast you, to ensure your movement not only ignites change today but shapes a legacy of justice, love, and possibility for generations to come.

Module 15: Blessing Circle

We close our journey in ceremony, gathering one final time to honor the gifts, wisdom, and courage each of you has brought to this circle. Together we’ll offer blessings and intentions for one another’s paths, weaving a field of support that extends far beyond this program. This sacred graduation marks your passage into the Movement Maker you are becoming...rooted, empowered, and ready to carry your vision into the world.
