Move from building consumers, to activating co-creators around a shared vision.
You feel called to serve humanity in a big way and know that traditional marketing and funnels won't mobilize the masses and change culture like you envision.
You recognize that we are outgrowing top-down institutions and "lone hero" personal brands. You want help on how to navigate this shift from solo stewardship (the path to burnout) to mass mobilization.
As AI automates your operations and business, the soul of your work is asking for a Movement Model. This asks you to return to the heart of your deepest purpose and enables you to start building a lasting legacy that scales far beyond you.
With over a decade of experience building decentralized movements, I uncover how to scale devotion, along with the subtle but impactful power literacy needed to grow and sustain real community.
This part is crucial, for all humans carry ancestral trauma, and this program ensures that you will not replicate the very systems of harm you came here to dismantle.
You leave with a complete movement activation blueprint that builds the social cohesion for people to feel inspired to co-create and build with you.
Perhaps most vital is the company you will keep. This is a curated container for only 10 soul-led visionaries. Join us at the intersection of soul and strategy, where your deepest calling can truly come to life.
Most leaders will spend 3 years and around $100K in 'trial and error' trying to build a community-led movement. I condense that architecture into 4 days of high-impact soulful and strategic mapping.

This program is not for people who need to monetize quickly. You will not find quick fixes, passive-income promises, or surface-level business tactics here.
It is not for those who want to build a personal brand rooted in ego or vanity metrics. Instead it is for leaders who are here to leave a meaningful impact and are genuinely devoted to service.
It is not for anyone unwilling to examine their relationship with power, shadow, control, or the ways they may unconsciously recreate the very systems they say they want to change. This is also not for someone who is only looking for strategy, for there is a deep and soulful component to this incubator.
To thrive in this container you should be financially resourced (either by yourself or through your company). You should also know your mission intimately and be able to speak to it in a grounded manner, take initiative, and translate insight into real-world action.

Makenzie Darling is a strategist who has spent over a decade working at the intersection of social impact, community development, and spiritual awakening. She has partnered with NGOs and pioneering startups, helping transform small organizations into thriving movements with millions of followers and global reach.
Drawing on her years of becoming an Entheogenic Minister and extensive travels with indigenous healers from around the globe, she integrates ancient wisdom with modern strategy. Which in today’s climate of rapid change, extraction, polarization, and burnout, is not just an advantage but an absolute necessity.

The Movement Maker Incubator is a high impact, intellectually rich, and spiritually grounded program that truly understands that the future belongs to leaders who can organize belonging, power, and participation at scale.
This is the farthest thing away from a traditional business course that you could ever take and offers a clear and actionable blueprint to help you drive real-world impact.
To ensure deep strategic work, each cohort is limited to 15 soul-led and visionary leaders.
We open the container with intention and care, establishing a strong relational field where trust and co-creative leadership can emerge.
We turn inward to the force that brought you here which is your soul’s calling and the deeper mission asking to be lived through you.
We explore stewardship as a practice of being in right relationship with your vision and your humanity, so leadership does not come at the cost of integrity or burnout.
We begin challenging what it means to step out of the old paradigm of "business as usual" and into a new operating system of decentralized power and co-creation.
We end the day reconnecting to our ancestral allies and living ecosystems that help carry our movement forward with resilience.
We devote a full date to one of the most misunderstood (and essential) skills in movement building, which is how to hold power responsibly.
We first begin internally by exploring our own ancestral inheritance and unexamined trauma that unconsciously shape how we hold authority, respond to conflict, and make decisions under pressure.
From there, we move into relational power by learning how to create consent-based, psychologically safe containers where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected.
Finally, we step into structural power by examining governance models, decision-making pathways, accountability, and repair.
You won’t leave with just theory alone. Instead, you will walk away with a clear and embodied blueprint of your movement’s power dynamics mapped to support long-term sustainability.
We turn to community as the living vessel through which movements take shape. We explore what truly binds people together beyond content or charisma...naming the invisible “glue” that creates participation and sustained engagement.
We focus on how to build a global ambassador ecosystem that invites others into shared ownership, leadership, and stewardship of your mission.
This day is about shifting from you holding the vision alone to a community that can carry it with you across cultures, geographies, and time.
The final day focuses on movement marketing and how it differs from traditional marketing.
Using real-world campaign case studies, you’ll outline an actionable awareness or advocacy campaign, including your core message, content strategy, timeline, and launch plan.
We then move into identifying partnerships and coalition-building, where aligned organizations can amplify reach without compromising integrity.
The day closes by examining the legacy you are here to leave and creating a sustainability model that ensures your movement lasts for generations to come.

This isn’t just an incubator. It’s a sacred rite of passage for people building movements that matter. Makenzie bridges the mystical and the practical in a way I’ve never experienced before.

The Movement Maker Incubator program is an absolute game changer for leaders who are looking for the architecture, infrastructure and inspiration to bring their mission from concept into creation. Makenzie is a truly gifted experience designer and facilitator and a proven leader with deep experience in this skill set. Participating in this program has been some of the most relevant and empowering work, I've ever done as a global change maker.

The Movement Makers program was a profound catalyst for me as a leader, giving me the clarity, structure, and spiritual grounding to carry my divine mission into the world. Makenzie holds a space that is both visionary and practical, which weaves together deep wisdom with actionable frameworks. This experience didn’t just help me shape my mission; it strengthened my ability to embody it.
Zubin Desai,
CEO of To Realize
This program was such a gift. It’s this gorgeous mix of psycho spiritual group work, really getting down to the heart of what you care about most, and super practical tools for building your community and movement.
I’ve always been more of a behind-the-scenes kind of leader, and this program stretched me in ways I didn’t expect but really needed.
Makenzie created something really beautiful here. Movement Maker helped me see my work and myself through a much more spacious and sacred lens.
Skye Weir-Matthews
Executive Director,Sacred Garden Community Church
What moved me the most was being in a community of movement makers and change makers...people who are really eager to help use their talents to better humanity.
I loved the more spiritual approach to movement maker. So much of what these types of programs usually offer are just straightforward strategies and funnels that make me feel icky.
The way Makenzie approaches the program from a higher spiritual level helped make this experience feel more authentic and live closer to my truth.
Faruk Ateş,
Founder of Love First
This program offered the structure and space necessary to challenge my own thinking about movement making, led by someone who knows her stuff about building movements.
I found it especially inspiring to be in conversation with peers from very different contexts, each of us exploring what it really means to serve humanity.
It’s the kind of experience where you get out what you put in, ideal for people who are ready to engage deeply.
Janna Jorgensen,
CEO of Human Impact Framework
The total investment for the program is $3,500. Payment plans are available upon request and I offer 2 scholarships per cohort. Please inquire.
This cohort is intentionally intimate, which means each space is precious and held with care. Due to this, we do not offer refunds, but we may offer a seat in the next cohort if an emergency arises. If you are on a payment plan and withdraw after the program begins, you are still responsible for completing your remaining payments unless a deferral or partial credit is granted.
Makenzie offers limited 1:1 coaching and advisory services. She also offers ceremonies and Enneagram facilitation for personal leadership, teams, and communities. She also plans to kickstart a community platform in 2026. Stay tuned...
