4 Day Virtual Community Leadership and Movement Accelerator

Next Virtual Event Kicks Off Over Weekends of May 16 - 17th and 23-24th

The Movement Maker Incubator is the only program that bridges the inner work required to lead with integrity and resilience, alongside the practical strategy to launch, grow, and sustain a meaningful movement. Whether you want to build a community around your vision or are ready to turn your business into a movement, this incubator offers a clear and actionable blueprint to help you become a visionary leader who drives real-world impact.

Who Is This For?

If you are a conscious leader here to help restore humanity, then you are in the right place! This is for individuals (or teams) who want to deepen their impact by building communities, ambassador programs, and grassroots movements. Best for people with a clear mission who desire to grow and scale community impact.

You must be open to balancing strategy with soul, for this is not a "get rich quick and build funnels kind of program." What makes this program unique is that it balances ancient wisdom with modern strategy to give you a holistic view of movement building and sustainable community design.

Outline

Next 4 Day Virtual Event is May 16-17th and 23-24th

Day 1: Stewardship
May 16th 9:00 - 5:30 pm PST

Day One opens the container with intention and care, establishing a strong relational field where trust, presence, and co-creative leadership can emerge.

We turn inward to the force that brought you here: your soul’s calling and the deeper mission asking to be lived through you. We explore stewardship as a practice of being in right relationship with your vision and your humanity, so leadership does not come at the cost of integrity or burnout.

The day closes by reconnecting you to the support systems that make true stewardship possible: ancestral allies, lineage wisdom, and living networks of care that help carry your movement forward with resilience.

Day 2: The Right Use of Power

May 17th 9:00 - 5:30 pm PST

Day Two is devoted to one of the most misunderstood (and essential) skills in movement building, which is how to hold power ethically.

We first begin internally by exploring how ancestral inheritance, nervous system regulation, and unexamined trauma shape how leaders hold authority, respond to conflict, and make decisions under pressure.

From there, we move into relational power by learning how to create consent-based, psychologically safe containers where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected (not managed or coerced).

Finally, we step into structural power by examining governance models, decision-making pathways, accountability, and repair. You won’t leave with just theory alone. Instead, you will walk away with a clear and embodied blueprint of your movement’s power dynamics mapped to support integrity and long-term sustainability.

Day 3: Developing Community and Mobilizing the Collective

May 23rd 9:00 - 5:30 pm PST

On Day Three, we turn outward to community as the living vessel through which movements take shape. We explore what truly binds people together beyond content or charisma—naming the invisible “glue” that creates participation and sustained engagement.

You’ll learn how to design and host transformational gatherings and events that move people from passive attendance into genuine belonging and shared meaning.

From there, we focus on co-creation...how to build a global ambassador ecosystem that invites others into shared ownership, leadership, and stewardship of the mission. This day is about shifting from you holding the vision alone to a community that can carry it with you across cultures, geographies, and time.

Day 4: Building a Movement
May 24th9:00 - 5:30 pm PST

The final day focuses on movement marketing and how it differs from traditional marketing—shifting from selling products to stewarding narratives that mobilize people toward shared purpose.

Using real-world campaign case studies, you’ll outline an actionable awareness campaign, including your core message, content strategy, timeline, and launch plan.

We then move into partnerships and coalition-building, examining different partnership models and how aligned organizations can amplify reach without compromising integrity.

The day closes by examining the legacy you are here to leave and the sustainability model that ensures your community and movement last for generations to come.

Testimonials

This isn’t just an incubator. It’s a sacred rite of passage for people building movements that matter. Makenzie bridges the mystical and the practical in a way I’ve never experienced before.

Henry Quesada,

Founder of Life Mastery

The Movement Maker Incubator program is an absolute game changer for leaders who are looking for the architecture, infrastructure and inspiration to bring their mission from concept into creation. Makenzie is a truly gifted experience designer and facilitator and a proven leader with deep experience in this skill set. Participating in this program has been some of the most relevant and empowering work, I've ever done as a global change maker.

Steve Havill,

Founder of Conscia Ventures

The Movement Makers program was a profound catalyst for me as a leader, giving me the clarity, structure, and spiritual grounding to carry my divine mission into the world. Makenzie holds a space that is both visionary and practical, which weaves together deep wisdom with actionable frameworks. This experience didn’t just help me shape my mission; it strengthened my ability to embody it.

Zubin Desai,

CEO of To Realize

This program was such a gift. It’s this gorgeous mix of psycho spiritual group work, really getting down to the heart of what you care about most, and super practical tools for building your community and movement.

I’ve always been more of a behind-the-scenes kind of leader, and this program stretched me in ways I didn’t expect but really needed.

Makenzie created something really beautiful here. Movement Maker helped me see my work and myself through a much more spacious and sacred lens.

Skye Weir-Matthews

Executive Director,Sacred Garden Community Church

What moved me the most was being in a community of movement makers and change makers...people who are really eager to help use their talents to better humanity.

I loved the more spiritual approach to movement maker. So much of what these types of programs usually offer are just straightforward strategies and funnels that make me feel icky.

The way Makenzie approaches the program from a higher spiritual level helped make this experience feel more authentic and live closer to my truth.

Faruk Ateş,

Founder of Love First

This program offered the structure and space necessary to challenge my own thinking about movement making, led by someone who knows her stuff about building movements.

I found it especially inspiring to be in conversation with peers from very different contexts, each of us exploring what it really means to serve humanity.

It’s the kind of experience where you get out what you put in, ideal for people who are ready to engage deeply.

Janna Jorgensen,

CEO of Human Impact Framework
