This is where we meet as a cohort and begin to weave the sacred web of our community. In this session, we will review member agreements, course expectations, logistics, and get to know the kindred spirits who are walking alongside you on this journey.

Pre - Workshop - Enneagram for Movement Makers

We begin the incubator with the Enneagram, which is a powerful framework that maps nine core leadership styles and the motivations that drive them. You will take an assessment and receive a personalized 25-page report outlining your strengths, challenges, and growth path. This pre-workshop sets the stage for deeper self-awareness, group cohesion, and leadership rooted in purpose.

Module 1: Connecting with Source

We begin by rooting your movement in something deeper than strategy, which is your higher purpose. This first module is about building a living relationship with the animating force behind your work.

Module 2: Bloodline to Blueprint

This foundational module reminds us that ancestry (our lineage and where we came from) is the root system from which every movement grows. By ignoring it, we risk repeating old wounds rather than transforming them into wisdom and resilience.

Module 3: Structures of Power

To create movements that truly serve, we must confront the systems that shape us. In this module, we examine our own relationship to power using the Enneagram. We’ll also explore alternative models of power that are rooted in love, equity, and accountability.

Module 4: Energy Management

Movements can either drain or sustain you. The difference lies in how you steward your energy. We’ll also explore energy as frequency and how the state you cultivate becomes the key to resonance, magnetism, and the lasting impact of your movement.

Module 5: Foundation Integration Session

Before we move to Phase II...we connect as a community to integrate and share what we have learned. Participants walk away with a 4-page living document that contains their reflections as well as a leadership statement and support ecosystem map. This can be the foundation you share with teammates, mentors, or co-founders to invite right relationship within your movement.

Module 6: Your Sacred WHY and the Power of Storytelling

In this module, we’ll uncover the roots of your messaging by exploring your origin story, the deeper “why” behind your work, and the narratives that give your movement its backbone.

Module 7: Know Thy Audience

A movement is only as strong as the people it resonates with. In this module, we go beyond demographics to truly understand the souls you are here to serve.

Module 8: Creating Your Signature Offer and Financial Model

Every movement needs a vessel, which is an offering that carries your purpose into the world in a way that is both sacred and sustainable. In this module, you’ll design your signature offer: the clear, tangible expression of your unique gifts. You’ll also learn how to price your offerings with clarity and confidence, and design a model that is accessible to your community while also supporting your livelihood.

Module 9: Integration Session

Before we move to Phase III..we connect as a community to help integrate what we have learned.

Module 10: Movement Marketing

Together, we’ll explore new frameworks for activating communities, cultivating authentic connection, and designing campaigns that are not just strategies, but living invitations into a movement.

Module 11: Campaign Activation

In this ideation-focused session, you’ll learn how to transform your vision into a campaign that captures hearts and mobilizes communities. By the end, we ground your big vision in practical strategy and begin mapping the logistics of your campaign.

Module 12: Integration Session

Before we move to Phase IV..we connect as a community to help integrate what we have learned.

Module 13: Hosting Transformational Gatherings and Events

Learn how to design powerful and immersive events that deepen connection, build momentum, and bring your movement to life in tangible ways.

Module 14: Community Building

No movement thrives in isolation. In this module, you’ll learn how to cultivate an engaged community that not only shares your vision but actively carries it forward.

Module 15: Partnerships

Learn how to form powerful partnerships that expand your reach and deepen your impact. We’ll explore how to align around shared purpose, build trust across differences, and design collaborations that are equitable and resilient.

Module 16: Building a Movement Coalition - Integration Session

Before we move to Phase V...we connect as a community to help integrate what we have learned, and in this session, we focus on building movement coalitions.

Module 17: Publicity and Overcoming Fear

Alongside the inner work of accessing courage and clarity, you’ll also receive tactical guidance on engaging with the media, building thought leadership, and amplifying your message so it reaches the audiences who need it most.

Module 18: Legacy and Sustainability

This module brings everything together in the service of action and impact. Here you’ll design a clear plan to launch your movement (whether local or global) in a way that carries the full power of your vision. Beyond the launch itself, we’ll explore what it means to become a good ancestor and leave a lasting legacy.

Module 19: Closing Integration and Blessing Circle

We close our journey in ceremony, gathering one final time to honor the gifts, wisdom, and courage each of you has brought to this circle. Together we’ll offer blessings and intentions for one another’s paths, weaving a field of support that extends far beyond this program.
