Turn Your Mission Into a Culture-Shaping Movement

4 Day Catalyst for Changemakers

You’ve Built a Following. Now Build a Movement.

Next Cohort Dates Are Over October 24,25, 30, and 31st

You’ve already earned people’s attention and trust and now you’re being called to create something they can help shape, lead, and carry forward.

That next step takes more than growing your audience and building another marketing funnel. It takes a shared mission, clear ways to contribute, and structures that allow responsibility and leadership to extend far beyond you.

The Movement Maker Incubator brings together deep leadership inquiry and practical movement-building strategy. You’ll explore how power is held and distributed, along with how to turn community enthusiasm into coordinated action that results in world changing impact.

Perhaps most vital is the company you will keep. This is a curated container for only 10 soul-led visionaries.

Most leaders will spend 2 years and around $200K in 'trial and error' trying to build a community-led movement. I condense that architecture into 4 days of high-impact soulful and strategic mapping.

Why is this Urgent?

"The greatest threat to your movement isn’t resistance. It’s unconscious and unchecked power."

-Makenzie Darling

Founder bottleneck leads to burnout and no sustainability plan.

Everything depends on you. You’re the strategist, communicator, relationship builder, and driving force behind the mission. While your dedication has gotten you this far, it’s become increasingly unsustainable and you're looking for a more sustainable and regenerative model.

Power stewarded unconsciously leads to collapse.

Movements don't often die from external opposition. They collapse from the unexamined wounds of their founders being replicated at scale. Imagine putting all this work and time into birthing your vision, only to find it collapses based on old power conditioning.

Retention and engagement challenges stall growth.

People join your mission but fail to become deeply invested contributors, advocates, or long-term participants. When you struggle to create true belonging and ownership you're left feeling isolated, exhausted, and resentful.

A vision with no structure creates overwhelm and wastes resources.

Without clear pathways teams become exhausted, stakeholders grow frustrated, you burn through money, and you end up carrying the burden all alone.

"Rigorous and supportive frameworks for leaders who are here to build with deep ancestral awareness."

-Evgenia Emets (Founder of Eternal Forest)

You might be called to this work if you are a high achieving and paradigm shifting leader who...

awakened to a much larger Mission and knows you are here to build something substantial.

are ready to organize people around a shared mission that addresses a real cultural wound.

naturally thinks in ecosystems and collective change rather than just products or offerings

are seeking a new blueprint for movement-building that is rooted in ethical power and regenerative systems.

Who This is NOT For...

This program is not for people who need to monetize quickly. You will not find quick fixes, passive-income promises, or surface-level business tactics here.

It is not for those who want to build a personal brand rooted in ego or vanity metrics. Instead it is for community leaders who are here to leave a meaningful impact and are genuinely devoted to service.

It is not for anyone unwilling to examine their relationship with power, shadow, control, or the ways they may unconsciously recreate the very systems they say they want to change. This is also not for someone who is only looking for strategy, for there is a deep and soulful component to this incubator as well.

To thrive in this container you should be financially resourced (either by yourself or through your company). You should also know your mission intimately and be able to speak to it in a grounded manner, while translating insight into real-world action.

Outline

Next 4 Day Virtual Event is October 24, 25, 30, 31st

The Movement Maker Incubator is a high impact, intellectually rich, and spiritually grounded program that truly understands that the future belongs to leaders who can organize power and participation at scale.

This is the farthest thing away from a traditional business course that you could ever take and offers a clear and actionable blueprint to help you drive real-world impact.

"I can say with full conviction, there is nothing else like this work out there."

-Chelsey Pierce, Founder of Sacred Olms

Day 1: Stewardship and Sustainable Leadership
October 24 8:00 - 4:30 pm PST

We open the container by walking through the journey that brought you to this mission and your most "sacred why" beneath it all.

We explore being in right relationship with your vision, so leadership does not come at the cost of integrity or burnout.

We begin challenging what it means to step out of the old paradigm of "business as usual" and into a new operating system of movement building which involves more decentralized power and co-creation.

We end the day around the concept of stewardship. By expanding our perspective timeline, we begin seeing what healing, resilience, and repair needs to take place within our own leadership and the movement we are here to build.

Day 2: Power Literacy and Shared Accountability

October 25 8:00 - 4:30 pm PST

We devote a full date to one of the most misunderstood (and essential) skills in movement building, which is how to hold and scale power responsibly.

We begin internally by exploring our own inherited patterns and unexamined trauma that unconsciously shape how we hold authority.

From there, we move into relational power by learning how to create consent-based, psychologically safe containers where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected.

Finally, we step into structural power by building a Code of Ethics that allows us to scale power with decision-making pathways, accountability, and repair.

You won’t leave with just theory alone. Instead, you will walk away with a clear and embodied blueprint of your movement’s power dynamics mapped to support long-term sustainability.

Day 3: Build Community Participation At Scale

October 30 8:00 - 4:30 pm PST

We turn to community as the living vessel through which movements take shape. We explore what truly binds people together beyond content or charisma...naming the invisible “glue” that creates participation and sustained engagement.

We focus on how to build participation patwhays that invite others into shared ownership, leadership, and stewardship of your mission.

Day 4: Design Your Movement Blueprint
October 318:00 - 4:30 pm PST

Using real-world campaign case studies, you’ll outline an actionable awareness or advocacy campaign, including your content strategy and launch plan. We then walk you through how to build a global ambassador program that activates the masses at scale.

We help you identify stakeholders and give you a coalition-building framework, where aligned organizations can amplify reach without compromising integrity.

The day closes by examining the legacy you are here to leave and creating a sustainability model that ensures your movement lasts for generations to come.

Makenzie's Movement Maker was exactly what I needed at this time in my career. I gained the clarity and inspiration that I needed to think bigger in my journey and turn my business into a movement. Makenzie has created a beautiful space for dreamers to become doers and entrepreneurs to become movement makers. Her group container is one that everyone should experience.

Makenzie is a truly gifted experience designer and facilitator and a proven leader with deep experience in this skill set. Participating in this program has been some of the most relevant and empowering work, I've ever done as a global change maker.

Steve Havill,

The Movement Makers program was a profound catalyst for me as a leader, giving me the clarity, structure, and spiritual grounding to carry my divine mission into the world. Makenzie holds a space that is both visionary and practical, which weaves together deep wisdom with actionable frameworks. This experience didn’t just help me shape my mission; it strengthened my ability to embody it.

Zubin Desai,

CEO of To Realize

This program was such a gift. It’s this gorgeous mix of psycho spiritual group work, really getting down to the heart of what you care about most, and super practical tools for building your community-led movement.

I’ve always been more of a behind-the-scenes kind of leader, and this program stretched me in ways I didn’t expect but really needed.

Makenzie created something really beautiful here. Movement Maker helped me see my work and myself through a much more spacious and sacred lens.

Skye Weir-Matthews

Executive Director,Sacred Garden Community Church

What moved me the most was being in a community of movement makers and change makers...people who are really eager to help use their talents to better humanity.

So much of what these types of programs usually offer are just straightforward strategies and funnels that make me feel icky.

The way Makenzie approaches the program from a higher spiritual level helped make this experience feel more authentic and live closer to my truth.

Faruk Ateş,

Founder of Love First

This program offered the structure and space necessary to challenge my own thinking about movement building, led by someone who knows her stuff about building movements.

I found it especially inspiring to be in conversation with peers from very different contexts, each of us exploring what it really means to serve humanity.

It’s the kind of experience where you get out what you put in, ideal for people who are ready to engage deeply.

Janna Jorgensen,

CEO of Human Impact Framework
