The Movement Maker Incubator is for aspiring changemakers and sensitive visionary leaders who feel called to birth something bigger than themselves. It’s for those who carry a deep sense of purpose, but who may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or alone in how to bring their mission to life.

Whether you’re an artist, coach, healer, activist, educator, or aspiring entrepreneur, this incubator is for you if you know your work is about more than personal success... it’s about collective healing, cultural transformation, and spiritual awakening.

This program is for those who don’t just want to start an ordinary business ...they want to start a movement that disrupts the status quo.

This is not a place for spectators, but is a space for sacred rebellion and those who are ready to cross the threshold and play ALL IN.

Modules

What you will learn

In the Movement Maker Incubator, you’ll learn how to transform your lived experiences and purpose into a soul-led movement that creates real impact. Through our 12-step framework, you’ll gain the clarity, confidence, and strategy to articulate your mission, embody your leadership, and build a community around your message.

You’ll overcome imposter syndrome, align with your deepest truth, and develop the tools to launch your movement in a way that is sustainable, sacred, and system-shifting. This is more than just a course...it’s a rite of passage into the leader you were born to be.

Perhaps equally as important, it is an opportunity to step into the arena with other changemakers who are done playing small and are ready to go ALL IN on building the life of their dreams and being in service to their souls highest purpose.

Outline

There are 12 modules in this incubator

Every week we will meet online for 2.5 hours to dive into the material and also gather as a community to share and reflect. There will be weekly assignments and you will be paired with an impact partner to keep you on track throughout the experience.

The cohort will be housed in an online community, where we will share resources and help champion one another along the journey!

Phase I: Laying the Groundwork
Module 1-5 12.5 hours

Module 1: Introduction - Building the Container

Congratulations on taking the first step towards your souls mission! This is where we meet as a cohort and begin to weave the sacred web of our community. In this session, we will go over member agreements, course expectations and logistics, and get to know the kindred spirits who are walking alongside you on this journey.

Module 2: Answering the Call from Spirit

In this module we explore the process of spiritually awakening, channeling, and the power of the universe to hold you in your divine purpose.

Module 3: Ancestral Healing for Movement Makers

Your leadership doesn’t start with you...it is shaped by those who came before. Learn how to heal intergenerational patterns, reclaim ancestral wisdom, and step into your work with spiritual grounding.

Module 4: Awaken the Leader Within

In this module we explore power dynamics and the right use of it.

Module 5: Regulating Your Energy for Longevity

Movements can drain or sustain you...the difference is energy management. Learn how to lead without burnout, navigate emotional intensity, and create sacred boundaries for long-term impact.

Phase II: Bringing Your Movement to Life

Modules 6-8 6 hours

Module 6: Storytelling and Messaging

Movements are built on stories. Craft a powerful, shareable message that resonates, mobilizes, and transforms. Learn how to speak, write, and share in a way that deeply connects.

Module 7: Creating Your Offer and Financial Model

Movements require resources to thrive. Learn how to monetize your mission in integrity, design your core offerings, and create a financial model that allows for expansion.

Module 8: Marketing for a Spiritual Movement (Without Selling Out)

How do you grow your movement without ego-driven marketing tactics? Learn heart-centered, ethical marketing strategies that attract the right people while keeping your movement’s essence intact.

Phase III: Building and Mobilizing Community
Modules 9-116 hours

Module 9: Finding Your Tribe and Building belonging

Movements aren’t built alone. Learn how to create an engaged, thriving community that shares your vision, supports your work, and sustains your movement for years to come.

Module 10: Expanding Your Reach Through Thought Leadership and Collaborations

Learn how to align with influencers, organizations, and thought leaders to amplify your impact without compromising your mission.

Module 11: Hosting Transformational Gatherings and Events

Sacred gatherings create real-world impact. Learn how to design powerful, ritual-based, immersive events that deepen connection, build momentum, and bring your movement to life in tangible ways.

Phase IV: Creating Your Legacy
Module 12 2 hours

Module 12: Launching Your Campaign and Creating Sustainability

In this module, we take everything that you have learned and we put it all together to build a timeline and plan a launch for your local or global campaign. We also talk about sustainability and becoming a good ancestor.
