Descent and Clearing

Before stepping into your life's purpose, we must first honor what has been lost and reclaim the parts of ourselves that have been exiled. Through ritual, guided reflection, and compassionate witnessing, you’ll learn to release the weight of the past and begin integrating the parts of yourself you’ve kept in the dark. Through this clearing process, this grief becomes the fertile soil that prepares you for your rebirth.

Emergence and Belonging

Step into trust and embodied presence. This month is about shifting from scarcity into flow, rebuilding your relationship to power, and calling in the support of chosen family and community. Through practices of embodiment and connection, you’ll begin to root into a deeper sense of belonging to yourself, to others, and to life.

Purpose and Integration

Bring your journey full circle. This final month is about clarifying your life’s mission, giving voice to your story, and anchoring practices that keep you aligned. Through visioning rituals and integration tools, you’ll step into your rebirth with purpose, clarity, and a sacred map for the path ahead.

For those called to go deeper, I offer the opportunity to participate in a sacred medicine ceremony woven into our journey together.

Held with reverence and intention, this immersive experience invites you beyond the mind and into direct communion with Spirit, your ancestors, and the deeper wisdom of your soul.

Within this sacred space, the teachings of the 4-month journey can be embodied at an even deeper level, allowing for profound healing, vision, and alignment with your life’s calling.

Makenzie Darling

Makenzie Darling is the Founder of Movement Maker, a collective for visionary leaders and aspiring changemakers answering the call to build a new Earth.

For over a decade, she has worked at the intersection of social impact and spiritual awakening, helping build social good campaigns with NGO's, psychedelic churches, and schools devoted to healing and consciousness.

She also trained at a two-year Seminary to become an Entheogenic Minister and a certified Life Coach and Enneagram facilitator. She now helps purpose seekers step into their souls calling with clarity, grace, and impact.
