A Note from Our Founder

My Sacred Why

I come from a lineage marked by pain, addiction, and inherited wounds passed down through generations. From a very young age I declared “It ends with me.”

That vow became the quiet engine of my life and would eventually lead me to spearhead systemic change. Intuitively, I knew that if I wanted to change systems, I first needed to understand how people come together to create them.

For over a decade I helped social impact startups grow global campaigns and ambassador networks that reached millions worldwide. I saw firsthand what becomes possible when people are united by a shared vision and invited into true co-creation.

Later, my work would lead me into building conscious communities within the psychedelic rennaissance. There I encountered leaders with noble intentions recreate the very systems they claimed they were here to dismantle. It was rarely a lack of vision, but a failure to examine how power and influence had been passed down and needed to be stewarded more responsibily.

I began traveling the world, learning from Indigenous wisdom traditions and exploring how power and influence can be held far differently. Through sacred plant work and a two-year seminary, I began envisioning a new operating system for leadership.

That vision became a school for movement leaders that blends my experience in global campaigns and coalitions with conscious community design and ethical stewardship. Together, we learn how to steward power responsibly, cultivate true belonging, and build movements that can endure across generations.

Movement Maker is a school for heart-led visionaries ready to build in the arena together. Here we are fully supported, held accountable, and called into our highest expression of service.

This work is an offering to my mother, my ancestors, and all those who never had the chance to heal in their lifetimes.

It ends with me, but this all began with them.

Values That Guide Us

  • Stewardship

We treat leadership as a responsibility, not an identity. We make decisions in service of the movement and future generations.....not personal recognition.

  • Decentralized Power

We design for decentralization and actively elevate others. How power is held, decisions are made, and leadership is distributed is visible to all.

  • Belonging

We create spaces where people are seen, supported, and able to contribute. Belonging is not a byproduct, but something we intentionally design for.

  • Evolution

We are willing to be challenged in how we lead, relate, and hold power. We also hold true to our inner compass and deepest knowing.

  • Connecting to the Sacred

We move with intention and presence. We draw from lineage and something greater than ourselves to guide how we lead and build.
