We are officially entering a planetary dark night of the soul, where the Earth herself is groaning beneath the weight of centuries of amnesia. This is not just political upheaval, but ancestral grief work and sacred composting. The pain we’ve numbed for generations is rising…not to punish us, but to awaken us.

We are standing at the threshold between worlds, and this moment asks everything of us.

And yet, within this great darkness, we see seedlings of light. We feel the pulse of something ancient and sacred waking up within us, whispering of our interconnectedness and the great mystery we have long forgotten. We are not here to reform what is broken, but remember what is sacred and to midwife what is next.

Rooted in modern strategy and ancient wisdom, Movement Maker guides conscious leaders through deep inner work to refine their vision, scale their impact, and fully embody their transformation to meet this moment in time.

Movement Maker believes that legacy is built in relationship, rather than isolation. Hence, we are a hub for visionaries who think expansively, dream audaciously, and collaborate intentionally to usher in a new era of transformation and impact.

Makenzie Darling

Makenzie Darling is a strategist who has spent over a decade working at the intersection of social impact, leadership development, and spiritual awakening. She has partnered with NGOs and pioneering startups, helping transform small organizations into thriving movements with millions of followers and global reach.

A graduate of a two-year seminary training program, Makenzie became an Entheogenic Minister and a certified Enneagram Facilitator. Drawing on her extensive work with indigenous healers in the Amazon and Mexico, she integrates ancient wisdom with modern strategy, which in today’s climate of rapid change, extraction, polarization, and burnout, is not just an advantage but an absolute necessity.
