Community and Program Development
Case Study - Building Mighty Networks
The Congregation for Sacred Practices needed a centralized platform to unite its dispersed membership and provide structured support for its Ministers. The goal was to enhance engagement, streamline communication, and create a hub for learning and collaboration.
Solution
We launched an interactive online community on Mighty Networks, which became the heart of The Congregation’s digital presence. Key initiatives included:
New Member Mixers
Monthly virtual mixers were introduced to welcome and onboard new members, fostering immediate connections and creating a welcoming environment.Course Hosting for Ministers
We developed a series of online courses for Ministers that were training and mentoriship in the Seminary. We also built a robust library of resources ministers could use in their practices.Connecting Regional Chapters and Volunteer Committees
The platform served as a bridge, enabling collaboration on cross-functional activities. Movement Maker created playbooks with best practices and community guidelines.Monthly Content Calendar
Movement Maker provided interviews with Ministers and members of the congregation to distill what type of content they would like featured in the online portal. We developed monthly themes and a content calendar to build engagement within the platform.
Results
500+ members onboarded onto the Mighty Networks platform.
Created a library of 100+ curated resources to support Ministers in practice.
Enabled cross-regional collaboration, leading to 30+ inter-chapter initiatives and events.
Facilitated over 50+ community-led discussions and workshops
45% increase in overall community retention and participation.
“Makenzie was a godsend when we were just getting started. She's willing to take on any project and spend the time to get it off the ground. Her dedication is second to none!”
